I have purchased two vehicles at Washington and very please until today! I called and spoke with sale letting them know what I was looking for and that I had a trade. In addition; I told the salesman I was driving from Penn Hills after work an should arrive by 6:30 pm. When I arrived I walked into the dealership and was greeted by a salesman. After possibly a five minute Conversation I was told this! “I am not going to price a trade for you so you can go somewhere else and I’ll never see you again “! WOW! With a VERY BAD TASTES IN MY MOUTH I WALKED OUT stating you just lost a sale my credit is good and I have a very good income! Within a few minutes I called to complain to the General a Manager and the conversation wasBy much better! All I received is I wasn’t there so I don’t know what was said ! AGAIN WOW! The correct and only response should be , I am sor very sorry can you came back and can we can help get into a new vehicle. My husband then called the asking for the general manager and he has yet to return his call. I wanted ratre this 9 starts but I had to place a start to post!

It is unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review, the car salespeople were easy to work with and nice it's the fact that the service dept is very unorganized and tell you ur getting one thing and then do another which unfortunately is a big problem when your going to be dealing with them for any warranty issues/service problems with the new car you purchased. I had a remote start put on my 2017 Edge Titanium that was told to me would be the exact same as factory direct including a new key fob so that it would all be on one fob not an extra piece so, I paid $556 and what I got was no different than what you get at the Dogpound in Uniontown for $150 my defrost doesn't come on when started nor does my heated seats, nor did I get a new key fob I got an extra piece to hang off my key ring. After telling them I wanted a refund and it removed I first got the offer to have carpet cleaner and then a few weeks later they offered a $200 check but wouldn't remove the starter (which is visably seen sitting in the top left corner of my windshield not as if it were factory direct and hidden obviously) so I refused that offer and after 3 1/2 weeks I had to file a complaint with BBB. We have bought 4 vehicles from Ford of Uniontown and there won't be any more. Please educate yourself on the service dept of the dealership you choose, even asking all the right questions and writing down exactly what the service dept tells you including the cost they can still be super shady.
