I am several hours from Cooper Ford so I had some questions to ask about a car for sale before taking the two hour trip to visit them. I submitted an inquiry to their web site, which offered to provide an "internet price". That was never provided and all they did was harangue me to call them and visit them even after I said I am hard of hearing (phone does not work for me) and too far away to go there with no basic info (2 hours). I don't work with people that promise one thing (an internet price) and deliver another, and that do not respond to other questions I had. There are many cars for sale in North Carolina so I moved on to the next car on my list and Cooper Ford lost an opportunity to have a cash sale.

I called and confirmed a specific car with stock number was available and ready for purchase because I had a 2.5hr drive to get to the dealership. I was assured it was all set and so we set off. When we arrived, they could not find the car and then after 3 test drives of similar, vehicles, they found the car but not the keys because it was at the upholstery shop of the dealer. They have a million cars, but do not take the time to clean anything very well and we watched as they parked cars we did not want back from where they came. I can't imagine why we have COVID19 everywhere in North Carolina! They get one star only because I have to pick something!

BRUISED SPIRIT HEALED BY CROWN FORD WOW, and did I say WOW---In the military we called it about face, in less fortuitous events to save lives, we may call it a retreat. Some may say I don't believe in reversing a decision/statement. However, it is a unbalanced/unsymmetrical vehicle that does not have a reverse gear. Reverse is there for a reason, and having said that, I want to amend/update my review a few days ago that stated I was disparaged with Crown Ford Sales Dept. Yes, at that time I was very emotional, and apprehensive, however the General Manager has reached out to me to repair our association. I am now not only forgiven, and forgiven for my negative emotional response, but feel that by showing this benevolent and generous disposition that it has given me great faith in CROWN FORD once again.
