Short paraphrase version = I Ordered a car a year ago, we agreed to a price (verbal, text, and email), now that it's coming in, I get a call saying "sorry we are marking it up, take it or leave it." and "I know what I told you, multiple times, I know the General Manager OKed it, but now my owner (Brian Nokes/ Nokes Group) says if I follow through and keep my word, I will get fired..." Bait and Switch? RUN AWAY, you have been warned. Interesting side note, their "ratings" on YELP is 2.5 to 3, on the dealer website it's 4.7-4.8..... Think they scrub the bad reviews? Me too.
