Terrible company. Do not even attempt to do business with them and especially not John Meyer. He put us through the ringer and he cannot be trusted. My husband spent hours working w this man to purchase a car. We were told we had the car via phone and email. We received the papers via UPS and immediately signed and sent from UPS store with a check. We also scanned the papers with the UPS confirmation and sent via email. We called repeatedly throughout the day to confirm and John Meyer avoided our calls. Finally at 5:30 he called to inform us that he sold the car to someone else. The car was for my 20th anniversary and my 50th birthday next week. John knew this and still sold the car after confirming he would sell the car to us.

Bought a used Honda and it died on me seven days later. The dealer told me they'd take care of the tow bill to get it taken care of and all I had to do was call Ford roadside assistance. Now I'm being told I have to foot the bill. Despite my warranty. I've filed a complaint with the state attorney general and am on the phone right now with the department of regulatory affairs. My next step will be the local news. I will never do business with a Ford dealer again. Especially [non-permissible content removed]. If you're facing similar issues, the state attorney general and the Michigan department of regulatory affairs has a number you can call to file a complaint, just Google for it. This dealer is not reliable, and cannot be trusted. Scratch Ford off of your list folks.

Dealer Review:
I found at Hyundai of Bedford a competitively priced Audi S7 2018. So I called to see what if any issues the car had. I was assured that H of B only buys cars that are top quality. And they perform a ~100-point inspection to make sure. I was excited and drove 2.5 hours to see the car. Sounded like a gem. That changed the second I started the car. I received a series of car errors in succession. Spoiler malfunction, ACC and Audi braking guard unavailable, Front tire pressure low. The AC did not work properly and the air smelled heavy with nicotine. That's when i noticed ~6 cigarette burns on the console and one completely through the leather driver’s seat. The front bumper was cracked. That explains the Driver Assist (ACC) failure. Various undercarriage plastic guard pieces missing. The rear bumper had multiple dents. The passenger side mirror was shattered. Unusable. Generally, the car was very dirty and I found spit (dry) in the center glove box. Later I told the dealerships owner what i found. He said used cars have "character". Not the character I want to spend for $51,000. An insult and a wasted day. Seriously? I have photos of each point mentioned in this review.
