Searching for used car is always a taxing process, but my experience at the Youngsville location was excellent. My sales representative, Ty, was highly welcoming and extremely generous with his time assisting me with test driving/checking out the car's features as well as taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. They had no problem with me driving the car 45 minutes out of town to have it inspected at my preferred service shop, and as it happens, their car was in the best condition of any of the vehicles I'd checked out in the weeks leading up to this. The in-office Notary was equally efficient and friendly; They produced and explained the documents succinctly and were more than happy to look up any additional information I asked about along the way. In all, I saw the car online Tuesday morning, visited them, test drove it, had it inspected, placed a holding deposit on the car, and then purchased and drove the car home before lunch on Thursday. If you're considering a car listed in their inventory, I would highly recommend taking the time to check it out.

Bummed by the lack of integrity shown by Capital Ford. Had a verbal agreement that my car was going to be purchased for a specific amount but was given less. Wouldn't have been too much of a big deal but I declined an offer that was slightly higher than what was given. Seeing that I had verbal agreement, I thought it was a done deal. They said the issue was I had dogs in my car and they could smell it(?). I've only had my dogs in the car a few times (with protective gear on) and on all of the forms i've filled out for appraisals, this was never a question asked. The whole situation felt shoehorned in as if the offer was to just get me in the door there. This was also on top of coming in prior and being shuffled around and ultimately not helped. This should have been my first clue of what was to come.

Let me start by saying Danny my salesman was AMAZING. He was extremely personable and truly helped me search the lot for something I was happy with. His finance manager Jess, is a different story. She looked at me and told me what I wanted was not an option (a 2019 Ford Escape). She pointed me to a non-accessible car which does not work for me or my families needs. After that, informed me I could only do something used on the lot. I walked out, and went to Sanders Ford who put me in a 2019 Escape identical to the one I wanted (new), right in my price range. I’m sad that Danny lost the business, but after my experience, I don’t recommend anyone finance through Cella Ford.
