Went to see a car that was advertised online for $7400 when I get there although I called prior to going the car sticker price was $10,000 I discussed that and they stated I would get the car for what was advertised. I came with cash for purchase when I was given the final price after tax and all the gps equipment and other extra fees they added the car somehow still ended up 10,000 I was told the advertised price is what they purchase the car from the bank for and the sticker price is the actual price. They added on a GPS charge for $685 that they said I MUST pay taxes etc another $900 the price didn’t add up when I decided to leave they said they would work with me what was I willing to pay instated the advertised price that i saw online when the “Manager” came back they still tried to sell me the vehicle for 10,000 what was changed from the other two men who told me 10,000 NOTHING these ppl are [non-permissible content removed] buyers be ware they get you in and rip you OFF!

I came with cash for purchase when I was given the final price after tax and all the gps equipment and other extra fees they added the car somehow still ended up 10,000 I was told the advertised price is what they purchase the car from the bank for and the sticker price is the actual price. They added on a GPS charge for $685 that they said I MUST pay taxes etc another $900 the price didn’t add up when I decided to leave they said they would work with me what was I willing to pay instated the advertised price that i saw online when the “Manager” came back they still tried to sell me the vehicle for 10,000 what was changed from the other two men who told me 10,000 NOTHING these ppl are [non-permissible content removed] buyers be ware they get you in and rip you OFF!

Dealer Review:

I had a seemingly great experience with one salesman who worked to get me a deal on a Jeep Cherokee so that I could put money down and afford the car. However, he handed me off to another salesman who offered me the same deal via text to get me to come to the dealership that day. I agreed to the deal but before coming back I specifically asked him two questions: 1. Did the rate he was offering on the lease extend the length of the lease or change the mileage package? 2. Was the interior of the Jeep Black or Grey? He intentionally only replied to my question about the interior and ignored the other question to get me to come back to the dealership and con me into signing a longer lease with a significantly smaller mileage per year. I understood that the lower rate was due to the change in length and mileage but I did not appreciate him not disclosing this information to me before I came back to the dealership simply because he knew I would pass on the deal if those two components had changed. I felt lied to and got excited about signing that day only to find out the deal was not what we had discussed. I appreciate the deals this dealership has to offer, but their approach to getting you to sign is misleading. I would not trust them moving forward with a lease or financed car. Too sketchy.
