Our biggest mistake was buying a car from these people. On outward appearances, the car seemed like a good deal, but a little more than we wanted to pay. We had the car for less than 24 hours and the transmission starting throwing codes and causing problems. We took it back. They promised they would "fix for free." They had the car for over a week. Their "mechanics" couldn't figure out the problem so they claimed they took it to a local transmission shop. We now think they only reset the codes, but did not really do anything else. For the next six weeks, the car would have intermittent issues. That was about when we found out we were snookered into paying for a "warranty" that is worthless because nobody would honor it except TSG. The salesman lied to us and told us we could take it anywhere. We eventually took it to a dealer only to discover several recalls the TSG mechanics should have been privy to. On top of that, we spent almost $4000 out of pocket to have the transmission repaired (probably why the previous owner got rid of it). Do not go to [non-permissible content removed]!
