Do not go to Bill Kay in Lisle. They play dirty car salesman games and if you're unaware what they are doing, they will rip you off. I went there to buy a certified used car. Dealer Certified basically means they have done a 176 point inspection on it and thus they may provide an additional warranty period. Then when we sit down to do the paperwork the first thing the salesman tries is to upcharge me $2,500 because the car is certified... which is ridiculous. When a car is advertised as "Certified" the price in the listing includes the certification. Everything in the listing is included in the price of the car, otherwise it's false advertising. The General Manager tried to smooth things over, but by then it was too late, we left. This is exactly why people dread the car buying experience. They twist things around and if you don't know any better, they will rip you off. The listed price of the car, plus title, tax, and transfer, is all you should ever pay for unless you voluntarily request something else. Don't go to Bill Kay. They're still playing dirty car salesman games from 30 years ago. Shame, Shame, Shame!

We decided to look here for a car and we were very pleased, with the service that we received beginning from Dakota! who waited outside patiently while we looked at a few cars and did not try to rush us . He introduced himself as we walked up to him my husband told him what type of car we were looking at. and He said OK let's go get the keys it only took a few minutes for him to get the licenses copied, and the keys , and the car ready ! we did buy the car we really liked it, The whole process with Dakota was just wonderful he is such a great person very delightful . he was friendly and helpful and has a great sense of humor, When I took the car back there today , as we had already discussed before leaving with it yesterday and Dakota had the service department check out a few things on the car and take care of it for us. So the car would be just what we needed and everything was safe and running great for us, Antwan in service was was very helpful , and knowledgeable. He made sure to take care of what we needed and than some. Marcin in finance deserves praise too, he was great and didn't try to force extras on us , he took his time going through the paperwork and he made the whole process go quickly. He has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend this dealer they really care about the customers being happy, they even offer free Starbucks coffee, Bottled Water and snacks. It must be nice to work at such a nice place.

This is not the place to buy a vehicle. I would highly recommend walking over wasting your time and money with them. My salesman John Bisbee is the poster child of [non-permissible content removed] car salesman. Knowing what I know now after the fact I would even buy cookies from his kids. He withheld information on open recalls that were on the vehicle and I believe very much that he sold me a vehicle that was not inspected. Also the man plays like he's married with a picture of him and his "wife" on his desk. Look him up on ccap.... he's divorced, twice... [non-permissible content removed]. Then comes their finance department. J. "Mike" Adkins ... Don't ask me it's what's on his card, who has since been fired, basically rewotr the terms from the purchase agreement. Changed half the numbers and added 3 additional months to the loan term without saying anything. Now I do understand that I should have caught all this when signing the papers. Yes I realize that. However I was under the impression that the negotiation were over and the plan was set. So for him to make changes to this at that point and make them abundantly clear in my mind is absolutely fraudulent. Especially when costs me roughly $1,800.00 more for the vehicle. But hindsight is always 20/20. Almost within the first two weeks of owning this vehicle I started having issues with it stalling out and my RPMs would jump and fall when coming to stops at red lights and stop signs. This is STILL a problem that their service department claims they can't figure out or duplicate even though I have given them videos of these issues. I have spend the last several months since buying this vehicle trying to convince them of these issues only to be told that there is nothing that can be done. Mind you I have also purchased a warranty. My truck has now been into the shop 5 times since I bought it in April of this year. I have spent hours and hours and hours on multiple occasions trying to come come to some kind of solution with them that their management in hopes that there was at least some kind of moral and ethical values held in this establishment. At first it seemed like they were interested in rectifying the issues. Some of the money's that I should not have been charged for were returned. Key word SOME. And they seem like they are very egar to allow me to bring my truck in over.... and over.... and over.... so they can let their service department joy ride around and claim there is nothing going on. I have been a loyal Ford owner for a long time. I have had my Mustang (not purchased from Metro Ford) serviced there since I have owned it. The moral of the store here is if you aren't putting money in their pockets they will leave you high and dry and not have a second thought about it it would seem. Even when you are giving them your hard earned money they will try and con you as much as possible to get unjustly get more. This dealership should be shut down and John Bisbee shouldn't even be allowed the sell magazine subscriptions. I am absolutely disgusted with every aspect of my experience with this place and truly hope anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere. However if you do choose to still do business with them watch everything with a microscope. These are not ethical people and if you are not watching them they will try and screw you out of your money.
