I had an appointment for a test drive with a specific salesman, who didn't seem to be expecting me when I got there. He didn't know where the Rav4 hybrids were located, and after walking all over the lot, he went inside to look it up and found that they were all in their lot across the street. We go across the street, and all the cars were covered in snow, so he turned the car on and waited for it to melt. Does this dealership not own an ice scraper? Finally I get to drive the car, and I like it, but they didn't have the trim level I wanted in stock. We discussed transferring a car from another dealership and I put down a refundable $500 deposit for that vehicle. After 2 weeks of emails, the salesman finally admits that vehicle is no longer available, but didn't want to return my deposit because "it's Toyota's policy that we can't look for a car for you without a deposit." Um, no. I put a deposit on one specific vehicle, which has been sold. You can't hold my deposit indefinitely while you "look." I can look myself on the internet. He eventually returned our deposit, which required we go back to the dealership (I don't know why it couldn't be done over the phone) and I bought a car somewhere else.

Worst experience ever and will never ever purchase or recommend a purchase from them. Purchased a car from them and have been having issues every since. I have emailed the general manager/owner with no response.?? I'm currently working with another dealer to resolve the issues, hopefully under warranty.?? I've been told warranty will cover the issues but car should have never been sold until repairs were made. Just got screwed good by Honeyman I guess.?? Never again.!!
