    Dealer Review:

My salesrep Gil took me through the process step by step, stayed in contact with me and kept his word and followed through on getting me a great deal on my new BMW 328i Convertible. Also Mayo followed through with everything promissed. I would recommed this dealer to anyone looking for a great car, I will definitely be back for my next car.

    Dealer Review:

Bought a car online, flew down to pick it up, and drove it home (around 800 miles). Car looked immaculate, low mileage (Lexus ES300). Engine oil light went on 100 miles in, low on oil, refilled it, burned through it all in another 200 miles, and kept repeating and repeating. Eventually, I had to spend thousands of dollars to rebuild the engine, and STILL had problems. The most beautiful car I've ever driven, and the worst car I've ever owned. Through it all, these dealers were nowhere to be found. Grudgingly gave me advice to pour some oil additive into the engine. Did nothing. Stopped returning my calls and emails. I was always polite and respectful. These people are great when things go right, but completely the worst when it doesn't. Reinforces the stereotype about "used car dealers" being the scum of the earth. I don't believe they knowingly sold me a car that was worse than a lemon - they just hid behind their "as is" paperwork that you have to sign to get the car. They will probably dismiss me or trash me in any followup. The car is long gone. I pulled the plug after putting into it close to $8,000...

2004 sport trac
wpearson1,10/21/2011
Purchased my 2004 Sport trac xls new in 2004. After 66,000 plus miles it is still going strong. Replaced tires after 50,000 miles. I have driven through 4 hurricanes to work in 90 plus mile hour winds with no worries about my safety. The truck is paid for and I am sure it will be give me at least another 100,000 miles of transportation. It is a little thirsty at todays gas prices but at least there is no car payment. I have hauled numerous bikes, trees, 25 bags of mulch, lawn mowers, wood, furniture, playsets, without a worry. It is nice to be high up when driving on the highway. I just change the oil and filter per manual and have had no worries.Better than wife's Mercedes in reliability!
