Dealer Review:
I would give 0 stars if I could. This was the absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not only were they extremely rude and condescending to me while there, but they sold me a car that they knew had mechanical issues without disclosing any of them. They also told me that both rear tires were brand new but I can see that one had obviously been switched out for a old worn tire that is leaking. It’s not even the same brand as the other rear tire and they kept evading the question when I asked about it. The were very evasive about all questions that I asked which I know now is because the car needed thousands of dollars of work. They also argued with me over putting enough gas in the car so that I could drive it to a gas station since it was on empty and probably wouldn’t have made it even the short distance to a gas station. They also waited over two months to transfer the title and registration. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a dealership and will never purchase another car from a DCH or Toyota dealership.
