Easy process, very friendly people. I'm still holding of on a positive review in that the car I purchased has a headlight that leaks and needs to be replaced. Have sent a few messages to the salesperson, as well as received a call from the dealer that they would let the salesperson know the issue with the car. Hoping the do the right thing, I even asked about the carfax damage and was told everything was repaired prior to purchasing the vehicle.

You can buy online or call FORD HQ for cheaper. Better select a dealer that cares for the customer and customer service and not just their bottom line.
