Cutter was extremely busy on Saturday but a sales person ( Ashley) could tell I needed some help so she grabbed me and gave me the information I needed to make my decision. She was really good at figuring out how to make me understand the nuance of the charges and so forth. She also gave me what I needed to know about incoming stock. I went home , discussed the info with my wife and went back Sunday. Ashley arrange for me to meet with Sean Rodrigues a Sales Manager. The Bronco was all ready to test drive when we got there and we were able to make a deal that afternoon. I felt like they valued my business .

They will not give you the available buying options at lower price. Don’t buying extended warranty from them. You are not given the option to choose extended service plan options (like deductibles, miles, years). They will just tell you that they cannot configure the offer for you.
