I went in to put a deposit on a 2022 4Runner and they said that they had one on the lot. The salesman showed it to me and I said that I would take it. I was told that there was a person who had put a deposit down on this vehicle and they were coming in in 30 minutes and if they didn't take it I could have it. I left the dealership and was told that they would call later that day to let me know. I didn't get a call so I called the next day and was told that the 4Runner was sold, implying that the person had come in and bought it. I found out the next day that I had been lied to. They sold the vehicle to another person. The original buyer backed out and they called someone else and sold it to them. What they didn't realize was the person they sold it to was a friend of mine. When I asked about their reasoning I was told that they needed their trade, which was total BS, as they had about twenty of the same vehicles on their lot. I feel like I was deceived........

Allan refused to accept that answer and spent several days working with the banks to get me a lower rate. Instead of just accepting an easy deal Allan worked tirelessly to get me to 8% and I’m truly grateful for that. Frank was willing to show me any vehicle that I wanted and even after we decided on a truck and got it approved his willingness to continue to show me others without making me feel like it was a waste of time meant the world. Frank did not try to push me into a sale but rather encouraged me to get something I would be happy driving and not settle. I truly appreciate his patience.
