    Dealer Review:

Just another car lot looking after their own best interests first and foremost. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe about a month ago, and the air conditioner never worked from the time I bought it. When I talked to the service department I was told that air conditioning was not covered by the 30 day warranty it came with. Well, turns out the problem is the compressor, and now it's locked up. I didn't find this out until my starter stopped working last week, and the garage discovered that the locked up compressor is what burned it out. I already owe the garage 300 bucks for the labor of fixing my starter, and they're telling me that to replace the compressor is going to cost about another 1600. When I called Heritage about this I was told I couldn't be helped out and that I should've bought the extended warranty. Since when is it required to buy an extended warranty in order to ensure you don't buy a crap car to begin with? If I knew there was a major problem like this wrong with the car before I bought it I never would've bought it in the first place. I was told the AC was never tested because "it was cold outside at the time", but I don't see why I should be stuck paying such a big price for that mistake when one of the main reasons people buy from a dealership in the first place is because they assume these problems won't slip through the cracks. Point is, if you're going to buy a car from them have it checked out by someone else first because you obviously can't assume they'll catch all the problems to begin with.

Best of the Best
This automobile is without a doubt the best overall vehicle I have ever owned within this class. It has looks, performance and serviceability like none other on the market. It is great in the economy category too. I just came off of a trip that I exceeded 26.5 miles per gallon on for the second or third time in two months. This with a V-8 that runs like nothing I have ever owned before or since the Sixties anyway. It has been a long time coming but I do not see how anyone can buy a smaller car in this price range with a V-6. You get less space, less performance and less economy. The comfort is beyond belief and this vehicle is absolutely fun to drive.
