I was working with my son to get a truck and had visited them to about 10 months earlier. He told me he sold thousands of trucks since then. I asked if that meant my sale didn't matter. Basically he was saying the customer does not matter to him. The killer is I walked in with financing. And only asked for $399 off of a 24k purchase. And if your the owner I am sorry I didn't get my camera going on my phone so you could see the video of how unprofessional this guy is. If he worked for me he would let go on the spot. Well the good news is we found a great truck. Was treated nicely and still got a price that was better the only $399 off we had asked for on Lucas truck. In few months I plan on buying a 3/4 to 1 ton Diesel truck to pull my camper. Guess who won't get that sale!
