The MSRP was the listed price online. I called and spoke with Austin several time and we also texted back and forth. I set up and appointment time and I drove over an hour only to be told that the mark up of the New F 350 Super Duty on an average was 15 to 20 thousand dollar, because of the chip shortage. There was also an itemized list, that he stated that they add these upgrades to all of their vehicles. I have no problem with a mark up, however I do have a problem when someone advertise something deceptively and waste my time, by have me insulted with an advertised price of $65,500 and I get there and you are now telling me my walk out price is now over $97,000. This is horrible and discredits everyone involved: Edmunds, Ford, Westway Ford and it's Staff.

I wish I could give a zero stars rating! This Acura dealership does not provide the level of customer service that I am accustomed to receiving at other Acura dealerships in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex! I found a used car I wanted to purchase. I called to ensure the vehicle was still available and physically there, and I also made an appointment. I drove over an hour to the dealership! I arrived to the dealer with my drivers license and auto insurance in hand ready to test drive the vehicle. I was told the person I had an appointment with was not available because he was with another customer. Then, the manager assigned another salesperson to assist me. Next, they proceed to make a copy of my drivers license and insurance. Then, they could not find the car or the keys. I waited and waited, but the vehicle and keys were no where to be found. So, I drove back home, and the sales manager sent me a text message saying the vehicle was available and requested that I make another appointment. This truly showed the level of service that I received starts at the top with this dealer. A manager and a true leader would never send a text to a customer that was physically there and left! A true leader would do whatever it takes to complete transactions and create customers for life. This dealer demonstrated that they could care less about assisting their customers! The behavior of their sales team and their leaders truly has me running to another dealer to purchase a car! I will never ever, ever go to this dealership for anything! Their level of customer service is the worst! All I wanted to do was test drive the car and have the dealer send a purchase order to my credit union for the dealer to receive the funds! They clearly did not understand the assignment! I will not allow any dealership to waste my time like this! Please save yourself the frustration of wasting your time with this dealer. They clearly do not know how to serve customers that are ready to purchase a vehicle.

I’d give half a star if I could. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Texas Nissan in Grapevine. They are exactly why car dealerships have the reputation they do. First, there are bogus “non-negotiable” restoration fees tacked on to the advertised price of the car. I was upfront and honest from the get-go and got nothing but smoke and mirrors in return. Isaiah in the finance department was snakey. I asked questions on every document I was asked to sign, was thorough in reading, (ya know, because this is a big decision and a considerable amount of money), and he brushed each of my questions and acted like I shouldn’t be taking the time to read the documents. I ended up catching mistakes on 2 documents that he had to fix and reprint. At this point, I’m not sure if they were actually mistakes or if he was trying to slip something by me. When it came to warranty, I told him no 3 times. He kept pushing me, talking about how german cars are expensive to fix and how my car would be prone to break down during the warranty time period, definitely pressing me to the point to where I was second guessing my decision to not go with the warranty. He asked if he took some off the price, if I would say yes. At this point, I knew I was going to be very upset with myself if I said no to warranty and something went wrong. I told him that getting up to the 16,000s in price scared me (I was paying for this car in cash and didn’t want to stretch my budget too thin). He said “okay, what if your all-in price was $15,900? Would you do it then?” And I said yes. I financed the car to allow time for the money to move from my savings to my checking, and by the time my account was open and I was able to pay off the principal amount, I paid it off completely aside from the $100 deposit & $650 downpayment I had given the dealership. After waiting almost a month for the $750 to be applied to my account so that I can close it out, I text Isaiah to get an update on what’s going on. He responds with a photo of paperwork (not signed by me) that says the all-in total price was $16,650. I was initially encouraged by the sales person James, who worked with me and seemed awesome. However, after feeling like I’ve had one pulled over on me, I can firmly say I will not be doing business with Texas Nissan ever again. This has been an extremely upsetting experience, and I strongly recommend that everyone else stay away as well.

When my daughter and I along with two friends left Oklahoma City bound for Houston, I never dreamed that my SUV would lose power a dozen times in an hour on the highway! That's exactly what happened though! With no rental cars available anywhere within a 150 mile radius, I was feeling hopeless. When my car had finally died for the final time, I was coasting off the exit ramp in Madisonville, and lo and behold- there was a Ford dealership!! My husband (home in OKC and feeling equally helpless) had been tracking my drive and had called ahead to Henson Ford. By the time all was said and done, my husband's had negotiated the cost of a purchase on the phone, we received a fair trade-in offer, and we were back on the road, this time in a reliable vehicle!
