he sales tactics used are suspect. The people are nice but be wary of their sales tactics as they aren’t transparent as you would think for a Mercedes dealer. Be wary of tom berry and saw manager aj. Do not agree to any alternative options they suggest. Stick to your gut on negotiation as they will use corner lot sales tactics to persuade. For a Mercedes dealer they are not trustworthy. Not worth dealing with them. I wish I would have gone elsewhere but don’t make the same mistake.

I made an appointment to see this car with my son. He test drove it and liked it. Started negotiating price since the $8,995 (the price shown on the car and all their ads) was a little more than my son wanted to spend, salesman told us to come inside and he's see what he could do. His offer: $14,500, which was a "great deal" considering they installed Lojack and other options. I still can't believe this type of deception is allowed to happen. We walked out, and will never do business with this dealership again.
