I must say if it wasn't for the professionalism and kindness of Ms. Brianna It would have been a one-star. Unfortunately, she's not part of their management team. I don't remember the name of the ignorant and rude sales manager but he needs to get a refresher course on his customer service skills. I did not drive two hours away to your place of business to get abuse or talk down to since he wasn't able to lie to me and have me pay for a boatload of dealer fees when it wasn't necessary. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car from him and would never return to that dealership again...not worth the hassle.

Did the prequalification online, booked appointment, After an hour here, I was told the vehicle was in accident and cannot be financed! Had to look at other suvs.. I called this company ready to buy a car I was really excited to purchase. The sales team was horrible! when I called about the car the first thing they told me was that the advertised price was wrong. They wanted to charge 3 thousand more right away! Then they added another 2k in unnecessary fees. They the sales guy kept telling me he was going to do this and that and it never happened. He was too busy with other more important people. Finally he said we cannot sell this car at this price unless you finance through us!! what a JOKE!!! horrible experience. bad people for sure.

I searched the BMW website nationwide for a used cad. Paul Miller BMW had the best prices. I inquired online about a 2019 BMW 330i xDrive and made contact with Rose. She was very helping going over all the details of car. Ali was my sales advisor. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I live in Virginia (4 hours away) and couldn’t get up there until the weekend. Ali was able to work with me, hold the vehicle and coordinate my upgrades. Ali was always available and willing to answer my questions and concerns. He even assisted me when he was off (that’s dedication). I drove a rental car to NJ from VA. Ali greeted me upon my arrival and was just as awesome in person. Ali linked me up with finance manager Ray who was able to get me a great interest rate with great payments including adding a extended warranty and maintenance plan. Ray was a ray of sunshine and very good at his job. Prior to leaving they even had one of the employees drive my rental car to enterprise and drop it off for me. Everyone here is awesome and I highly recommend Paul Miller BMW.

Thankfully, I called before driving all the way there. The car is listed on Edmunds for $1995.00. When I called to question the price, because it seemed low, I was told it's $1995.00 DOWN, and that if I followed the link, it clearly showed that. I then followed the link with the person on the phone and informed them that there was absolutely no place, through any link that indicated this was a down payment price. I was then told "oh, well if you go to the dealer's website, it will show the actual price." I clicked on the link to the dealer's actual website and did not find the vehicle. Let me add that when I called and said that I was doing so to confirm a price listed on Edmunds, the representative IMMEDIATELY knew what I was talking about as the reply was "that's the $1995.00 down payment price for that car." When I said that I could not find the same car on the dealer's website, I was told "the car is there, you just need to keep scrolling through." I finally asked if they could just tell me the price because I couldn't find it, I was told "we are not allowed to discuss prices over the phone." So, this tells me that the Dealer is playing games and totally dishonest. They bait you with a low price that doesn't exist. I don't know why Edmunds allows them to post this fraud on THEIR website. Stay away from this dealer.
