Dealer Review:
As a person in the sales/service industry, my expectations are high and there is nothing worse than working with someone during a stressful time that does not handle things appropriately. This is far from the case at Porsche West Houston. From the moment I walked in, the team at PWH (my shortened name for them), was sympathetic towards my situation and made every possible accommodation. Amanda Salazr in the Service Dept and Will Spires in the Sales Dept did everything you would expect from a top-tier organization. When my vehicle faulted, and cars were unavailable, they pulled a brand new car off of the lot to provide to me. The communication was constant, regardless of whether the news was what I wanted to hear. Often times, people will avoid conversations that are not going to give the consumer the results they are looking for. But PWH not only reported back to me quickly, they also gave me a plan of action and timeline of what to expect so I knew what to expect. Even prior to the completion of the repairs to my vehicle, they still were in contact with me to check in on me and make sure nothing was needed. If I can only give 5 stars, then I guess I can only give 5 stars. But if there was an instance where an exception was made, they would easily deserve 500 stars. Kudos to the family at PWH and know that you have a customer for life.

Great teacher, and very passionate about what he does. Very knowledgeable and willing to share his wisdom in a very effective manner. We were in the market for a specific truck and after calling numerous dealerships, we were a little jaded with the games and dishonesty. We called West Point Buick GMC and Patricia fielded our initial call. She was incredibly kind and got us all of the information we were looking for immediately. She walked us through our options and then transferred us to Marilyn who helped us through the rest of the sale. Marilyn spent the week communicating with us, answering every question within minutes and working to ensure that we were at the dealership for the shortest amount of time. In order to purchase this truck, we had to make the drive from Austin on a Friday afternoon after our daughter’s camp ended. With traffic, we did not arrive at the dealership until 5:30pm. Marilyn made sure the kids had lots of snacks from the vending machine while we worked on finalizing the sale. The kindness and extra care did not go unnoticed. From Marcus’ simplicity with the paperwork to Angel’s support with On Star and Saeed taking following my husband to the gas station to ensure we had a full tank plus getting more snacks for the kiddos, everyone made sure we were well taken care of! It was evident that the team was dependent on each other to ensure an incredible customer experience. Our only wish is that you were located in Austin :)
