Was a pretty rushed experience after waiting almost 2 hours just to get started, we had very limited availability for a test drive due to time and highway closure and once the deal was completed we left on our 2.5 hour drive home. Just 30 minutes on the highway and we realized this vehicle was a very poor decision and wanted to undo things. Tried contacting the dealer immediately and they were already closed. Sent emails within 30 minutes of leaving and more very early the next morning explaining our dilemma. No contact was returned. I called several times the next morning and was told “you signed and the deal is complete” plus we used a gm discount so they said we can’t even get out of the new vehicle for 6 months. We were also supposed to be refunded our deposit which took 4 days and several emails and phone calls to complete. Pretty odd how a new car deal can be fully processed in minutes but a simple $500 refund takes 4 days. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience. Do Not recommend suburban Buick gmc
