We have our purchased 2 cars from this lot. Everything went very well with the sale and they were very helpful. Worked with us. However, when the AC on the last car we purchased went out due to a bad motor we took it back for them to repair. Everything went well and my son and his girlfriend were told that it may be covered by them or there may be a charge. We went to pick up the car and ended up having to pay for the service. Unfortanately due to a bank change the funds would not be available until a Monday and it was Saturday. We were told to come back on Monday. We go back on Monday and were unable to get the car because no one was around with the key. I had to cancel my flight and of course was charged. Then speaking a college student in the office did not go good as I demanded that it needed the car due to going out of town she got snippy with me and of course I go upset. Talked to Sergio and because I was upset he told to "never, never" bring my car back to his shop for repairs. He was rude and basically told me. I was crap out of luck. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness and pathetic behavior by any dealer. I have recommended many people to this place but from here on will not.

Dealer Review:

I was lied to about the estimated tax and fees AND the option contract and then told I had to buy the security system activation for $1000 because otherwise nobody would make any money on the deal and I was treated as if that was MY fault. I was then baited in to buying an extra key fob, given an ultimatum, threatened aggressively by Gordon, the sales manager, that the option contract would be cashed if I didn't have a check on his desk at 8:00am 2 days later. And to top it off, while I was waiting, I was subject to listening to sales staff members make homosexual oral sex jokes while standing just 10 feet away from me. If I didn't REALLY need this vehicle right at that moment, there is no way in hell I would have ever done business with this crew of [non-permissible content removed]. Everyone involved in the organization should be ashamed of themselves.
