I told the salesman Rudy Alvarez that I am not willing to pay anything above the MSRP and I was not even interested in any deal that includes any add on price. He went to talk with his manager and came back saying it's a deal. He even wrote it down on a piece of paper showing me the price without any add on to the MSRP. I said OK. and we shook hands on the deal and he took me to Ivo, the finance person. We went over the contract with Ivo and since he and Rudy just discussed our agreement I was too trusting that I will be signing what we agreed on. That was a big mistake and it was my fault to thrust a car salesman. They have added $6,642 to the MSRP which I did not notice right away as Ivo was going through the contract signing fast. He has never mentioned that there was an add on to the MSRP. Ivo only gave me a usb drive as the copy of my contract and since I do not have a computer I could not look over the contract for several days until I was able to print it. That is when I noticed that they overcharged me. I have called and emailed Rudy, Ivo and Jimmy, the sales manager, many times for a couple of weeks but they have not replied. Finally I had an upset phone encounter with the receptionist and she promised that someone will call me back. One hour later Jimmy called me telling me that Rudy does not remember negotiating the price with me and basically it was my fault that I signed the contract and why didn't I double check what I was signing. I told him because I thought you guys were honest and that you would put on the contract what we agreed on. He said there was nothing he could do because I signed a legally binding contract. So, basically they legally screwed me and stole my money and Rudy does not remember anything. Stay away from these people. I noticed in the reviews that this has happened to other people as well. This is a shame on such a large dealership and they definitely do not live up to their customer slogan.

Purchased a truck from, Shaver...nothing but problems, dealership fights making thing “ right”. They needed to do a repair, truck was there for three months while they waited to get part. We gave up, brought truck home, part came in one day, we fixed it ourselves. Unbelievable poor service. The battery didn’t survive the three months of non-use ( tested before the three months...battery good). Evidently they knew about the problem, so they “jumped” the truck so that it would drive home. They didn’t tell us. Shaver Refused to replace battery, if we purchase one from them, they would install for free......how gracious! I will do everything possible to expose this dealership. They are horrible.

Truly a terrible experience. Waited over an hour (after scheduling an appointment to see a specific car) before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally was able to meet with someone, but they had to bring the car over from another lot so I had to wait again. When the brought it was dirty, had hardly been cleaned, back seats were sticky. I was assured if I bought it would all be cleaned. Test drove the car, it was what I was looking for. So we went inside to discuss financing. We agreed on a price, they gave me a financing offer. All seemed well. Only issue was the car (a used Kia Soul) had Car Shield stickers placed on the doors to prevent scratching - despite the fact that the car was already scratched. Ed, the manager, said they couldn't take them off and added $500 for them. I decided to move forward anyway. Met with the financing person, she was very nice. Told me they were able to get me an even lower APR than Ed had told me before. Sounded great. We went over a few things and I signed all the papers, took the keys, and went to see my newly cleaned car. The car was cleaner, but left a lot to be desired. Oh well, I thought, it's over with and I've got what I came for. Later, when I looked over all my papers, I began to realize they changed everything from the offer I had agreed to. They raised the price of the car. Added on $1200 in accessories? What accessories? I have no idea. I was charged nearly $2000 over what we had agreed on - a lot extra on a $7700 car - not even including the car shield stickers. I'm very patient - I was willing to over look almost everything and assume it was just an off/busy day for them - but they knowingly fudged the numbers on our agreement thinking I wouldn't notice because I'm a first time buyer. When we've called to discuss they told us they had to raise the price in order to finance it for me - but if they couldn't finance it for the amount we agreed on I wouldn't have taken the car. Who is running this place? It's completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. They've taken every bad thing you'd expect from a dealership and then multiplied it. Do not waste your time - go somewhere else. It is not worth the frustration. I will now have to continue to see if there's any way to get back to original offer we had agreed upon.
