I was in the market for a white Highlander Hybrid, which is a bit hard to find in this market as it's a popular color. After a bad experience at another dealership and reaching out to get a cash offer for my trade-in, I was impressed by the follow-up of the staff. My wife and I went into the dealership and ended up working with Brad Darden. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He showed us the incoming vehicles and explained that there were only 2 white Highlander Hybrids scheduled for the next few months. He said he could try to find us one that met our criteria, but it'd be tough right now because dealers don't have much incentive to trade. So, while we didn't want to spend an extra $1k for the navigation system, we did so that we could get the vehicle. Kudos to Brad for thoroughly explaining the state of the market and helping us get the one we wanted. The KBB trade offer I received on their website was $9k, and they ended up making a final offer of $8,500, as there was some bumper damage I had forgotten about. The other dealership initially offered me $4k for our trade, so I was pleased to see that Corwin's offer was very fair and reflected the market. Unlike other salespeople I've worked with, Brad was not pushy at all, didn't try to sell me on warranties or financing that I didn't want, and made a fair offer for my trade. He also did a wonderful job explaining that, while he could try to find me a Highlander that fit my exact wants, it'd be tough in this market. I had to make a compromise on one of the features, but I was happy to do it to get the color, seat layout, and interior I wanted. That said, I'd highly recommend Corwin Toyota for anyone in the market, and would ask to work with Brad. You won't regret it!

Dealer Review:

Ashley the sales person is so illiterate, she asked me to fill up the credit application which I did, I got approved she gave me the numbers, then made me pay a transfer fee cause the vehicle was out of state I paid the transfer fee of $1043.00 which was suppose to be less. She sent me a confirmation email of receiving and securing the vehicle and told me to wait for vehicles arrival ETA and calls me after 4 day saying that the vehicle has been sold to someone else. If anyone wants to screw up their credit with 2 dozens inquiries and waste their time I would definitely recommend this dealership. The great thing is that the management is worse than Ashley doesn't even know how to talk. Filling a complaint against them to State Board of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers.

Dealer Review:

I saw the car on Edmunds. It was located at the enterprise car sales in Fredericksburg Va . The ad said they could transfer it to a local Enterprise. I paid $305 to have the car transferred to Newport News Enterprise. It was only a 2 hr drive away. The employees at the Newport News Enterprise Car sales division are so inept that they cannot finalize the transfer. I’m sorry I chose to deal with them. I could have saved myself time and money by driving to Fredericksburg to purchase the car myself. They keep delaying the transfer. It’s been almost two weeks now and still no car. The car is two hours away yet Michael, the salesman reminded me that they have 21 days to deliver the car. No one seems to know what they are doing at this dealership. I was promised by the manager that the car would be delivered on Friday March 31 but Michael said no one told him that. I am running out of patience with these incompetent people. I promise never to deal with them again once this is over. This has truly been a frustrating experience.
