Well... the truck I was secretly craving for years (probably wanting to re-live my younger years) was suddenly right in front of me. I met with Skip Parent and minutes later was driving it down the interstate. I knew I was hooked! Skip made the whole process very easy with just one phone call to him days later. Pick up the following day was super easy and coming from 100 miles away and having to do this at 730am , Skip even made that simple, had the front door unlocked and coffee already on...LOL I learned later that since this truck had a large lift kit and custom tires and rims the speedometer was off quite a bit more than originally thought by Lenz. Upon calling Skip with this issue he promptly addressed it and was able to have Lenz purchase and send to me a Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator at no cost to me, so that the speedometer could be calibrated for the correct sized tires on the vehicle. Once again, Thanks Skip. It is obvious that Skip, and Lenz Truck clearly go out of their way to insure that their customers are happy. I could not be happier with the 2020 Ram 1500 purchase. Very unprofessional on the phone as well when I called about the work it needed, was not safe to drive, he comes back at me with "oh but it was safe when you test drove it". They threw a fit about it, they ended up fixing it nonetheless. Very unprofessional on the phone as well when I called about the work it needed, was not safe to drive, he comes back at me with "oh but it was safe when you test drove it".
