I will echo what Hollie said in her review; this appears to be a crooked dealership that needs to be avoided at all costs. I sent them a message last night inquiring on a vehicle they have advertised for sale on their website, edmunds, and others. I received a canned response this morning that I replied to twice, but they never responded. My wife contacted them by phone this afternoon and they told her the vehicle was still available, but that we would have to pay $8,900 over the sale price, because "everything is selling over MSRP nowadays." This was not just $8,900 over the MSRP that we are talking about, but their advertised "sale price" that is listed on all of the websites. I would not do business with a place like this!!

Drove 100 miles to get the car I wanted. No haggle price. It was ready and clean. Tony had the finance papers ready to send to the lenders. Showed us 5 lenders they use or we can use our own. Showed us how the money we put down affected our payment. Showed us extended warranty options. Showed us all the bank offers and we picked what we wanted. The choices were in our hands. Prices were cut and dry. Didn’t feel like they were getting kick backs from the banks for getting higher interest or up selling options for commissions. Loved it! Drove away in 2 hours.

Craig at Auto Nation Burleson did a great job of helping me find my 4runner in such short time. In less than 24 hours I found the car I wanted, met with Craig, test drove and was back the next day to trade in my Jeep Cherokee for the 4runner. My experience at with enterprise car sales was less that favorable. I was in a situation where I needed a vehicle and the vehicle we found fit the bill YET the sales people and office people had no idea what they were doing. They ran my credit score and it was off. I tried walking out and it miraculously came down. Then they needed my pay stub and I don’t keep that stuff on me so I had to drive an hour to get it and received calls while on the road to hurry up because the banks close. I got back and information was loaded and credit score changed again and I tried walking out then miraculously it went down. I knew my credit score wasn’t bad. There is so much more to the story and I could write a book ; including the bank who financed not getting paperwork. Word to wise there might be a million of you out there that love this company yet my experience was extremely stressful which they know yet , were sorry…..that’s it.
