PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE WITH BRUSTOLON ! Read the reviews they have an “F “ rating with the Better Business Bureau It has been the worst experience of my life. Brendan Casey and Dan Casey are brothers who own and run this dealership.Their Grandparents are the Brustolon name that they hide behind for selling bad vehicles. They do not care about customer service or standing behind their cars that they sell or the service they provide. It has been a long 6 months since I purchased a car that was not inspected by them before selling and has been deemed unsafe to drive by 2 independent mechanics. After 3 attempts by Dan Casey to “try to fix” issues that their service dept. does not even have the tools to fix. They have washed their hands of the situation. I have made over 118 phone calls to the dealer to resolve issues, No phone calls are returned by Brendan Casey or Dan Casey in fact the Vm is full and is always full. Emails are not returned either. After leaving my car with them I was told they would not fix it and to take it tor they would have it towed. If you want to be laughed at and treated like crap this is the place to buy from! From my experiences they are dishonest, untrustworthy sleazy stereotypical [non-permissible content removed]. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

I ordered my GR86 from Al Gonzalez in late March of 2022 and they were the only Toyota Dealership I could find that was not charging "Market Adjustment". They stayed in touch with me and were very patient when I was calling to check the status of my order even though the supply chain issues made it impossible to predict when I would receive my car. I picked it up recently and Al and the rest of the team could not have made the entire process any less stressful. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Middletown Toyota and it will not be the last. Ashley the sales person is so illiterate, she asked me to fill up the credit application which I did, I got approved she gave me the numbers, then made me pay a transfer fee cause the vehicle was out of state I paid the transfer fee of $1043.00 which was suppose to be less. She sent me a confirmation email of receiving and securing the vehicle and told me to wait for vehicles arrival ETA and calls me after 4 day saying that the vehicle has been sold to someone else. If anyone wants to screw up their credit with 2 dozens inquiries and waste their time I would definitely recommend this dealership. The great thing is that the management is worse than Ashley doesn't even know how to talk. Filling a complaint against them to State Board of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers.
