Dealer Review:

I bought a brand new Palisade here in July. We were basically pressure sold the extended mileage warranty by “The” Sales Manager Justin Helmick. He assured us that EVERYTHING is covered for 10 years/100,000 miles. Fast forward to end of August, we have less than 2,000 miles on it. The windshield wipers all the sudden no longer go down all the way and stick up when they are idle. So I take it in to get looked at, and the service guy tells me I have to sign to agree to pay a $135 diagnostics fee. I explain that we got the extended warranty on it. He then goes on to explain that I have to agree to pay for it in the event something happened that isn’t covered by the warranty. I ask to speak to the manager, and I am then greeted by the General Sales Manager Rod Khasawneh. He tells me that it shouldn’t be an issue, however, I have to sign to agree to pay for that. Rod then tells me the service department will not look at the vehicle if I do not sign to agree to that. Unbelievable! Clearly the extended warranty doesn’t cover EVERYTHING like Justin promised.

Dealer Review:

Dropped car off overnight with key at key drop. Was told next day I would be called by noon with update. Did not receive call at noon. Called dealership at 2:30 and was told I would get a call back "soon". Received call at 5:00 and was told my car would need to stay another day because they could not get it in. Received call next day stating that they would have it looked at that day (day 2). Was told later that day I could pick up car. Arrived at dealership, noticed my car in parking lot, with headlights on. Service manager had no idea why my lights were left on, or how long my car had been in the lot. Paid for car and went to start car. Upon starting car, realized that it was not fixed. Message on computer dash still read same error and battery light was still on. Walked back into service center and explained issue. Service manager had no idea what was going in and asked me to leave it for another day. (3 days at this point) Next day I receive.call.and am told.by manager that faulty parts were used prior day, and that the issue had been resolved... Why wasn't this checked and addressed before the car was reported repaired on day 2? Totally inconceivable. When I was told.to.come into the repair shop on day 3 to pick up my car, the service manager said there would be no paperwork and that he personally would not be present. Had to explain to a different service.manager where my car was located and that I needed the keys because my.manager was not present. He had no idea what I was talking about and had to.call other service manager who was off the site. My keys had been laying on his desk the entire day without notifying anyone else nearby. This was probably the most u professional, unorganized group I've ever dealt with. This link doesn't allow.me to give zero stars, otherwise I definitely would. Avoid this place at all costs.
