Went in to look at a 2014 Civic. Car was in good shape inside and out minus some cosmetic issues that were easily fixable. Got a quote and they were trying to force sell a $1,595 “theft safety feature” that they claimed was pre-installed when I know for a fact it isn’t cause it’s illegal to do that. The guy claimed that all their vehicles come with it and that they wouldn’t take it off. Do not deal with them.

I bought a Toyota Certified Preowned Hybrid Corolla (which I Love) from here in May of this year. Today it has a flat tire in my driveway and I go to grab the spare tire, a component which is indicated on the 160-point Inspection Check Sheet as being present and in good condition at the time of purchase, and IT IS NOT THERE. Why would they say it's there when it's not there? Now, I am in a predicament. It sucks. I see this dealership doesn't reply to any of their reviews, good or bad, so they'll probably never see this but YOU will. Beware.
