Upon arriving at Kia International a few weeks ago, I was approached by Mohammed Ghusain, one of the salespeople on the floor. I told him what I was interested in and he found the car to show me. After looking at the car, I found that I really didn't like that particular color after all so he found "my dream colors" on the lot. He drove it close and explained all the features of this SX-Prestige to me. I then hated to tell him that I wouldn't be in the market until a couple of weeks later and that if "My Dream Car" was still there that I would be interested. He called about a week and a half later and I told him I would call him in a few days, which I did. My car was still there! Dago was along for the test drive and didn't push the car, he just helped us test the car. Back at the dealership, Dago listened while ai explained that I had a Lexus hybrid lease due to end soon and was checking the market. I liked the camry hybrid and was surprised to see one available. My lexus dealer did not have any ES models available. Dago was extremely helpful, without seeming like the typical "car salesman" and explained how I could have Toyota buy out my Lexus lease and give me credit for the enhanced value of my Lexus on the used car market.
