After spending weeks trying to find and purchase a Honda, we were very disappointed with dealerships’ responses and how we were treated, even lied to. Therefore, we decided to take a different path and custom order a Ford Explorer. We were very fortunate that we found Ryan Ford because this dealership and their staff, including our salesman - Curtis Markland, was very responsive and forthright. We requested drive out prices from approximately 8 Ford dealerships, but Curtis was the first salesman to send us a worksheet and order preview with all the details/expenses, which included a drive out price. He also told us about any rebates and financing options. In addition, Curtis told us that if the incentives were better once the vehicle came in, then they would apply those. Once the Explorer came in, he called us in and I’m happy to say that no games were played. We met the Finance Manager, Westley, who was very informative and detailed. He never pressured us into anything we didn’t want. Everyone we met, including Jordan in accessories, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Overall, our experience was great! Worst experience ever with unprofessional staff.. I called them out after not getting any work done and wanting to speak with manager and they claim I'm harassing them, withdrew their contract. Dealer Review:

Already having significant electronic issues ( sliding door, dashboard) with the vehicle I purchased <60 days ago; repairs have already cost over $1000. Two different mechanics told us that multiple issues should have been reported to us by the dealership but were not. Dealership told us its our problem for buying a crap car. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Dealer Review:

Attempted to purchase a vehicle, but the sales rep I was working with, Brad, wasn’t helpful. He knew we lived 9 hours away, and while we did receive a quick video walk around there were scratches/damage I wanted a better look at. Brad claimed the car had no dents or damage, and refused to send more pictures, instead referring us to an outside company we could pay to come look at the vehicle. He wouldn’t provide the carfax, either. This left me highly suspicious, I’ve never had a dealership nor private seller unwilling to send more pictures of a car. With the vehicle also being overpriced and higher miles than our other identical option, we decided to go elsewhere. I noticed a few days later Rainbow Mitsubishi actually raised the price of the vehicle we inquired about by over a thousand dollars. A very odd experience indeed. After leaving my initial review on Google, Brad sent me an extremely unprofessional message unhappy about my review. He called me a liar and ranted. Definitely stay away from Rainbow Mitsubishi.
