Every little detail I asked about before committing to the 2.5hr drive down to Palm Beach was addressed promptly. Our advisor even replied to text messages after hours to take care of us. The experience at the dealership was even better. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked into the door, even though we were only looking at a used 2016 435i. It was easy to agree on a price and get the paperwork rolling. While there were some delays because of my out of state purchase, it still went quickly. I spent less than 30 minutes with the finance guy which made me happy.
