Horrible horrible. My son purchase a vehicle on June 24, 2022. He was leaving from college and the entire ABS system went out, luckily he was smart to through the emergency brake on . He could of hurt himself or someone else on the road. We took the car to Infiniti and they sat aged the entire ABS system was modified (this was not disclosed to us). My son purchased an extended warranty as well which is null and void because of the modifications. The dealership says it’s $12,000 to fix. We just purchased this vehicle for 26k and shift says oh well. No help out all. My son is paying a car that is sitting there and no help. Please don’t go.

Went in to look at a 2014 Civic. Car was in good shape inside and out minus some cosmetic issues that were easily fixable. Got a quote and they were trying to force sell a $1,595 “theft safety feature” that they claimed was pre-installed when I know for a fact it isn’t cause it’s illegal to do that. The guy claimed that all their vehicles come with it and that they wouldn’t take it off. Do not deal with them.

BAIT DEALER. NO CONSIDERATION FOR CLIENTS!! BEWARE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I called right before I left to come to this dealer. Like right in the car about to head out to Hardin, I called for a vehicle they have listed and they said yes its in stock and come in. Ok sure, omw. I arrived and car isn't there. It was slightly less then one hour after I called since I came from a distance away. Like seriously? You couldn't tell me a sale was in progress or anything? Also when we arrived, we were standing around for some moments before a worker, not even a sales rep, asked us for help. We saw all the sales guys laughing up a good time right at the entrance when we rolled in.
