I went to this dealership on Sat. and dealt with Octavio. We knew exactly which car we wanted, a 2016 CR-V. They had four at the same price. We were told they don't negotiate, as their price is already low, and that's why. We test drove the car and loved it. We tried to get a final price, but didn't have our car we'd be trading in, and so agreed to come back on Wed. However, Octavio clearly stated it would be 15,399, plus taxes, title transfer and registration, less the trade-in. When we came back last night, not only did they offer an insultingly low $200 trade-in, but they added almost $10,000 to the price, as the total now was $26,000! Once we stopped laughing at the ridiculousness, they offered to take off a few of their add-ons, but insisted they had to leave some, which "only" brought up the price another almost $3,000. This is clearly their way of doing business, hoping the buyer will just fall for this deception, as they let us walk out the door, checkbook in hand. I wasn't asking for a discount, just simply what they had agreed to sell the car for four days earlier. Avoid this place and their shady business practices. There's a reason they advertise low prices, yet their cars don't sell.
