My buying experience was somewhat unique. I live about 2 hours from the dealership so just about everything was done over the phone. I had to do my own financing which also added a wrinkle. So to do all of this was a very lengthy process and I was doing it on faith. While dealing with the salesman Kevin I thought he was a great guy. Very helpful. The problem was after working with a bank and getting a check, changing insurance and then driving 2 hours to pick up the car we arrived to a vehicle that smelled as if the previous owner smoked three packs a day with the windows rolled up. I was very angry. Why they couldn’t tell me this before I did all the steps to buy the car is beyond me. All I can think is that he was hoping since we drove all the way out there we would just take it. And he was right. We did. They did give us $300 back to get it detailed which I guess was good. Also there was only one key but Kevin promised he would look for the spare and get back to me. Well I called and texted numerous times and never heard back. I guess they got what they wanted. It wasn’t all bad but those things just left a bad taste in my mouth(and smell in my car). I will say that the ultimate blame is with me for taking the vehicle even with the smell. Still simply letting me know about it would have saved me a lot of headaches. Meow we have a stinky albeit beautiful car but so far detailing, steaming, and an ozone generator hasn’t taken care of the problem. If they had just gotten back to me about the key I probably wouldn’t have written this but the $300 I need to spend on a spare with everything else pushed me over the edge.

I walked in Jan. 25 2021 looking to trade in for an AWD car for my family. Walked in, was greeted poorly with the most unbothered “how can I help you?” in my entire life. I get better from the drive thru lady at McDonald’s. Guy didn’t even offer me a seat in which I was confused if I should take a seat or not, so I seat myself, no big deal. I told him my desired car and what I have to trade in. He gives my keys to his “manager” and sat back down like I wasn’t even there, to just continue to laugh at Facebook videos, pick at his cuticles on his desk with his nail clippers (gross) and had his mask hanging of his chin while sniffling & wiping his nose with his fingers while I’m sitting across his desk with the most awkward silence ever. Not to mention we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and there’s literally associates walking around with no mask or masks hanging off their ears. Hate to be the “wear your mask” person but my wife literally saw someone decline a test drive because the associate riding along said he didn’t have a mask. I even heard employees word for word ask each other about W2 forms like they don’t have customers sitting right in front of them. I can not make this up. I snatched up my keys and walked out of there not looking back. If this place carried itself with more dignity & their employees showed some respect for their customers or at least themselves and at least dressed like a car salesman instead of garbage man they’d be more successful. Classic Sleazy car salesmen. Don’t buy a car from this dealer or their branch in Berlin. Classic bait and switch - I called about availability of a specific car I wanted to test drive. Because there was only a stock photo I asked the guy who answered the phone some questions about the car. He put me on hold and when he return he said “yes, I just checked the car, it has...(what I asked about)” I called back shortly after to make the test drive appointment for the same day. I called again when I was running late. They confirmed the car I was coming to drive and said “no problem. We’ll have it waiting for you outside”. When I got there the general sales manager greets me and took me inside. Introduced me to the guy who would take me for a ride. We get to a table to sign me in and suddenly the manager realizes “oh! That car JUST sold. They’re signing the paperwork now.” I could read him and immediately knew what was up. Blah blah blah... long story short. LIES. I asked to see the car. Suddenly he needs clarity on the car I made an appointment to see - after speaking with THREE people about that car. I tell him AGAIN. And he remembers that car has a blown transmission. I don’t usually pay attention to bad reviews, I like to form my own opinion. But this place should be named The worse way to wholesale autos. I walked in Jan. 25 2021 looking to trade in for an AWD car for my family. Walked in, was greeted poorly with the most unbothered “how can I help you?” in my entire life. I get better from the drive thru lady at McDonald’s. Guy didn’t even offer me a seat in which I was confused if I should take a seat or not, so I seat myself, no big deal. I told him my desired car and what I have to trade in. He gives my keys to his “manager” and sat back down like I wasn’t even there, to just continue to laugh at Facebook videos, pick at his cuticles on his desk with his nail clippers (gross) and had his mask hanging of his chin while sniffling & wiping his nose with his fingers while I’m sitting across his desk with the most awkward silence ever. Not to mention we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and there’s literally associates walking around with no mask or masks hanging off their ears. Hate to be the “wear your mask” person but my wife literally saw someone decline a test drive because the associate riding along said he didn’t have a mask. I even heard employees word for word ask each other about W2 forms like they don’t have customers sitting right in front of them. I can not make this up. I snatched up my keys and walked out of there not looking back. If this place carried itself with more dignity & their employees showed some respect for their customers or at least themselves and at least dressed like a car salesman instead of garbage man they’d be more successful. Just.. don’t.
