Zero pressure, 100% honesty, just a joy to work with. I would refer anyone to this dealership. The prices are exceptional, and the inventory is varied enough that just about anyone could find a vehicle to fit their needs. They’re older, higher mileage cars ours was a Carmax trade in that they would not retail due to its age (2007). There were a couple issues with the car, but Brandon immediately acknowledged them and we worked out a deal to have these areas addressed. We had a friendly conversation with Brandon and his dad after the deal was worked out. We felt like they received a fair price for their vehicle, and so did we. Eddie specifically told me the Dodge truck we called about had no rust. Said it ran and drove great. I asked alot of questions as we live 4 hours away. My son got his insurance and loan done at the bank. We left home at 4:30 am to get their when they opened at 9am. 9am, and nobody is at the dealership. I text Eddie, and he's running late. He knew for 3 days I was going to be there at 9am sharp. Then, there is no sign of the truck. Eddie says it's at his other lot and will be right back. 20 minutes later, he pulls in. First thing I noticed is rust everywhere. Remember, that was one of my first questions. Then, there is a strong smell of Antifreeze, and oil leaks on the Engine everywhere. We decided to go ahead and drive it. We almost didn't make it back, because when we came to the first stoplight, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor!! I started pumping the brakes and at the last split second we stopped just short of running over the car in front of us. We pulled over in a parking lot to do a better inspection. Oil leaks underneath everywhere, then everything under the truck was rusting and peeling off. We drove back to the dealership. Less than 1 minutes after getting back, there was a puddle of break fluid under the truck the size of a basketball. Eddie laughed when I told him he has a pile of shi$%. He still insisted it drove fine when he brought it to the lot. [non-permissible content removed]! The tires were so dry rotted, that they had cracks in between every tread bar! They were ready to blow out at anytime! I cannot believe that a place like this can still be in business! I had another previous Illinois resident warn us about this place. I wish I would have read all the reviews before we even attempted to purchase here. We had to drive 4 hours back home empty handed. Now my son has to pay a fee to the bank for termination of the loan paperwork, wasted gas for the trip, and 10 hours of his and my time. The only thing we got out of this experience is to learn how crooked and unreliable purchasing from someone you don't know can be. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but you have to in order to write the review. Hopefully someone else will read this and it could save them some time and money!

Dangerous car and uncaring employees. They’ll be nice to your face and tell you what you want to hear, then the moment you’re in the car, they forget all about you. We bought a used Chrysler 300. We drove it less then a mile before I called and told them something was wrong with the car. They said it’s “sold as-is” and hung up on me! We didn’t even make it home and the wheel bearing broke on the passenger side.They put us in a very dangerous situation and I called them again and was told it’s too bad because it’s sold as-is. We took it to a shop and we had to pay out of pocket for a new wheel bearing. I asked them for help and I’ve just been blown off. The salesman Brandon blocked me so I can’t call or text him, that’s a little childish in my opinion. The sales manager said "blah blah blah... of course we nice, we wanted you to buy the car." I bought the car to get me back and forth to chemotherapy and surgeries for my stage 4 cancer and I explained to them when we bought the car that we needed something reliable. We were on a budget and they acted like they cared. Brandon Dahlin was our salesman so beware when dealing with these people, they will take advantage of the situation and run the moment you need help. We drove off the lot and the car broke… We didn’t even make it home with it and we had it in the shop. The mechanic we took it to was shocked that a dealership would sell a car in such a dangerous condition.
