A phone call to their sales department easily set up an appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival, the car was sitting fully ready for inspection and test drive. The staff was very friendly, introduced themselves and connected us with Gilbert the sales representative. We took a moderate length test drive through a good representation of local highways and country roads which allowed me to get a very good sense of the quality and capabilities of the vehicle. We went back to the dealership, sat down and negotiated a very fair deal, which took minimal time. They were very busy that morning and the number of customers waiting for processing of paperwork in the business office would have made about a 45 minute wait. Instead we asked if we could go to lunch and return to complete the paperwork, which was very acceptable, and made the rest of the transaction go much quicker when we returned. Recently, I saw an ad for a 2017 Toyata GT86 on Car-Gurus submitted by Scenic Motors of Mt. Airy. The ad was well put together, from the extensive number of comprehensive photos, to the lengthy and very detailed vehicle description and long list of its features. A phone call to their sales department easily set up an appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival, the car was sitting fully ready for inspection and test drive. The staff was very friendly, introduced themselves and connected us with Gilbert the sales representative. We took a moderate length test drive through a good representation of local highways and country roads which allowed me to get a very good sense of the quality and capabilities of the vehicle. We went back to the dealership, sat down and negotiated a very fair deal, which took minimal time. They were very busy that morning and the number of customers waiting for processing of paperwork in the business office would have made about a 45 minute wait. Instead we asked if we could go to lunch and return to complete the paperwork, which was very acceptable, and made the rest of the transaction go much quicker when we returned. Their facilitator Dan, the sales manager Johnnie, the business manager, cashier, and vehicle cleaning person all combined their efforts to enable us to complete the purchase, get initial training on the features of the car, and get my cell phone connected to the car's media control center to be able to safely operate it on the trip home. We had never been to this dealership before, but were quickly and politely educated on all aspects of their customer support, including their free lifetime warranty of our new (to us) previously owned vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and we walked away with several new friends in the process.
