We called and spoke to Tate Dimke who was VERY transparent and VERY helpful. We text a bit back and forth, he informed me there were no surprises with pricing (which is rare now-a-days), even went out of his way to send a signed buyers order and an NADA bookout for the exact vehicle. This is extremely helpful because most Used Car dealerships have “reconditioning fees” which is something we were not willing to pay, so having a signed buyers order helped tremendously and we certainly appreciated the transparency. Fast forward to seeing the car, just as Tate said, absolutely flawless. I must say the process here was something you don’t typically see/get anymore with current industry trends, all in all a very positive experience and would recommend Tate and the entire group to anyone looking into a vehicle.
