The salesman James truly cares about his customer. The dealership on the other hand only cares about there over priced markup cars. I spent all day, 11:15 to 6.15 trying to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-e and This dealer charges $7500 more on top of msrp. I talked to Ford direct and other dealer that confirmed this should not be happening because Ford agreed not to mark allow dealer up their vehicles. This $7500 walked me away from the deal today and quite frankly has left myself and my family so upset. I’m not a millionaire I’m sorry, just an average joe trying to buy a car not get ripped off. This practice needs to be looked at, This is unfair and sad. Not what the American icon Henry Ford would have ever wanted.

The staff that I worked with- Tony online, Scott onsite, Eddie in finance and the management team, were fantastic. All knowledgeable, open and honest with information. I bought a vehicle online that had some substantial dents that were not mentioned in the description nor captured in the pictures. The AutoNation team didn't hesitate to make things right. The team was great, the process has a bit of room for improvement. The detail team had left for the day, so my vehicle wasn't exactly prepped for delivery- a little disappointing. They also didn't have the vehicle filled with gas. It wasn't a brand new $70k Tundra, but it was a $45k purchase. The $30 in fuel would have been well spent, and saved my sales guy of sheepishly explaining that they don't do that for a CPO car. In the end, minor footnotes to a positive experience. This was my first purchase with AutoNation, it will likely not be my last.
