I found a used truck here that I love. The price was a little high but reasonable. We did not bargain but paid the asking price. Even the add-ons including a GPS device which we were given false information about both verbally and in writing. We were told we had no choice about this GPS device which allow the police to find the truck if it was stolen. I balked but was told I could also track where the truck was at all times including find it in a parking lot. The price I paid for this device does NOT include anything other than locating it if stolen. After I called the GPS company and was told this (after the sale), the dealership became unavailable by phone and, in person, refused to make their sale pitch actual. In addition, the financial manager was suffering from an upper respiratory condition which in the Covid era means he should have stayed home or at least worn a mask. My husband and I are both seniors with underlying health conditions. I am sorry this dealership is in a city with the university I love and that they are not honorable.

I got myself on a waiting list for an Ioniq 5 in April. The salesman kept me informed regarding estimated arrival time and called me in June when he had the car I expressed interest in. The transaction was very laid back - no high pressure sales tactics. My one disappointment is the mark up for this particular car (which is in high demand) and the coverages that may or may not be optional that I had to buy. Don’t get me wrong. The markup at this dealer is less than other dealers - which is why I still gave 5 stars. Overall a great buying experience.
