Saw a car on the website. Requested information and Linda Perez called and Confirmed that price was correct and vehicle was available. We set up appt to drive over 1 hr to be met with another rep that told us the car was sold. We said when did it get sold if we spoke to someone 1hr ago..and Linda confirmed it was still in shock. When asked Charisma I believe was her name said she didn't recall when it got sold but it wasn't there..we check online and it still listed. Wow. What a waste of time. Really using fake ads to bring ppl in. Don't waste your time.

I found a used truck here that I love. The price was a little high but reasonable. We did not bargain but paid the asking price. Even the add-ons including a GPS device which we were given false information about both verbally and in writing. We were told we had no choice about this GPS device which allow the police to find the truck if it was stolen. I balked but was told I could also track where the truck was at all times including find it in a parking lot. The price I paid for this device does NOT include anything other than locating it if stolen. After I called the GPS company and was told this (after the sale), the dealership became unavailable by phone and, in person, refused to make their sale pitch actual. In addition, the financial manager was suffering from an upper respiratory condition which in the Covid era means he should have stayed home or at least worn a mask. My husband and I are both seniors with underlying health conditions. I am sorry this dealership is in a city with the university I love and that they are not honorable.
