He introduced himself as we walked up to him my husband told him what type of car we were looking at. and He said OK let's go get the keys it only took a few minutes for him to get the licenses copied, and the keys , and the car ready ! we did buy the car we really liked it, The whole process with Dakota was just wonderful he is such a great person very delightful . he was friendly and helpful and has a great sense of humor, When I took the car back there today , as we had already discussed before leaving with it yesterday and Dakota had the service department check out a few things on the car and take care of it for us. So the car would be just what we needed and everything was safe and running great for us, Antwan in service was was very helpful , and knowledgeable. He made sure to take care of what we needed and than some. Marcin in finance deserves praise too, he was great and didn't try to force extras on us , he took his time going through the paperwork and he made the whole process go quickly. He has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend this dealer they really care about the customers being happy, they even offer free Starbucks coffee, Bottled Water and snacks. It must be nice to work at such a nice place.

Waited to write this review so that I could list accurately and honestly. Wait, there’s a word that Earth motor cars could learn! My experience On 1/28/22 I purchased a 2014 bmw m6 with 39,000 miles. This was an online deal and I ended flying in to drive the car back 600 miles. My first experience, salesman Sonny/Sunny. Hands me the key and says take it for a drive.. he calls me ten minutes later and says is everything ok? Well maybe the gas tank shouldn’t read 2 miles to empty when you know a customer is coming in for a test drive? Had to use my own $ and put $10 worth of gas. Upon visual inspection ( what they failed to tell me prior to arriving) totally scratched navigation $500 to replace. Multiple scratches on the trunk. $750 repaint. Back widow tint bubbles from extreme heat exposure $650.Yes, it is a used car, but abused and used are too different things. Sunny says we will fill the car up for you so you can hit the road on your 600 mile trip… we’ll they said it’s policy to only fill half the tank for a customer spending $50,000? So they only gave me a half tank of gas! Less than 40 miles into my trip the add engine oil light comes on. The car is 3/4 of a quart low? Hmm must be policy to only put 7 quarts in a 8 quart car. Sunny.. says the car has run flats?( really because OEM bmw tires are Michelin pilots run flats. The car had Kuhmo tires). The car did get me home without any mechanical issues. 2/5/22. Took the car to get a haircut. 2 blocks from home, the drivetrain malfunction light comes on. Possible misfires or worse. I have owned 4 bmws prior to this one so I started to check the obvious. Upon taking the air filter boxes out. I discovered a dirt clog the size of a baseball in the air intake from the grill to the box?(sunny says we did a 100+ point inspection?) how could you miss that?Outcome, injectors are stuck in the open position flooding the oil with gas. Repair bill $3090. Car had a soft recall from bmw which they call extended warranty.. said dealership( earth motor cars) should have taken it in to have them replaced? Lastly, NEVER trust the salesman, the stealership, or any staff at Earth Motor Cars. I would expound more.. but currently have a lawyer for some other issues I discovered that could possibly be criminal in nature.. carfax is currently investigating some issues as well. .
