I've worked at car dealerships, and have bought from plenty over the years. My experience buying a 2017 Kia Sorento from Keyes Hyundai is how it should be done! I bought my car from Carlo, and he was great. I came in a couple times, and was hoping to get a newer Santa Fe, but was waiting for insurance money from my other Santa Fe getting totaled. Carlo certainly wanted me to commit on the spot (it's his job), but didn't really pressure me when I told him my situation. He also kept in touch with me over the following week, but it never felt like actual pressure. When I came back ready to buy, it turned out the 2019 Santa Fe was more than I wanted to spend. After a little prodding, he backed off, and then walked me around the lot, and found a slightly older Sorento (low miles, in great condition) that better fit my budget. We negotiated a price, after which he had the Sorento fully cleaned, and then he personally took it to the gas station to fill up the tank. Carlo went out of his way to make sure I left with the car I needed, and at a price I was comfortable with. I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy my next car!

Ahamad was our salesman, he provided an excellent service. I was really looking for another car but no dealer offered me the opportunity to have the car that I like. We went to Honda and stopped at Toyota Ceritos where Ahamed would look like if he knew us, we went to see the cars he had. Toyota but we had the deal with Honda and they were waiting for us. I saw the cars and I loved the attention of the Crown. They had the Panda Platinum. Ahamed offered me to try the car but this car was inside the dealership and I found one that they had outside. It didn't take any less time. After 3 hours of having the car at my house, I never had that attention as Ahamed didn't give it. The only thing I didn't like was the treatment given to us by the last person who was where we signed the papers. He seemed upset and his tone of voice. on 09/18/2023 we found a car for sale through Edmunds.com for $39,991.00. We liked the car after test drive and agreed to purchase for the asking price. But in the paper work they this added "Other F&I Products - $995" (which was not in the original listing). We asked the agent to explain this item and she said all of their has this item. My question why it was not shown in Edmunds.com listing. I am very upset and want to put this review for future buyers to be aware of this. I hope Edmunds.com listing can provide more transparency in the future.
