I went to AMG with my son to look at a car advertised for $18,715 that we found on Edmunds. After the test drive and agreeing to purchase, the price presented to us had an additional $3,995 called AMV, adjusted market value which makes the price $22,710 which is what should have been the advertised price. This is a clear case of false advertising. That's before they added $995 for "transportation" and $1,500 fee because we didn't want to finance through them. Would not recommend AMG to anyone.

Kamal, in the most positive way, is 100% nothing that you expect from a car salesperson. He is no pressure, no games, responsive, and courteous. He clearly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail and thoroughness is amazing. He test drove the vehicle before we arrived so he was familiar with it, drove it again after it was serviced- noticed an issue and had it fixed, and fully informed us about it. Though we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, he treated us as though we were buying a new top of the line vehicle. He made effort and took time to do all the little things that made this the Ultimate Car Buying Experience. I have been with Wyoming Valley BMW since 2009 and have purchased many vehicles from them but my most recent experience was the absolute best! I custom ordered a 2023 BMW x4 30i. My sales advisor, Maurice LeDoux has worked with me for many years and knew exactly what options I wanted. Working with him was phenomenal. This dealer had no allocation for an x4 but submitted my order anyway instead of turning me away. The order was accepted almost immediately and the time from order to delivery to the dealer was 21 days exactly! Then this dealership did the impossible: General Manager, Steve Ubaldini Jr., got the vehicle imputed into the system on his day off and Alicia from service got it through the service department in a matter of hours while PBMW Geniuses, Cody and Mandy activated the features on my x4. The entire process was flawless and I cannot thank everyone at the dealership enough in getting me my x4 on a Saturday (the 22nd day from order) as opposed to making me wait until Monday to pick it up.
