If you're hoping to negotiate a FAIR price, save your energy and time - they're glued to TrueCar estimates and won't consider a dollar less. My wife bought a new BMW 330i, Sales experience was good, the finance part was good (where you are given the options to buy extended warranties and service contracts etc) After purchasing a tire warranty I later decided I did not want. These can be cancelled at anytime but be prepared to be fully ignored. Many phone call attempts and messages all with no return call. I would expect this type of shady practice from a road side used car dealer. I will be opening a case with the BBB.
