Waited to write this review so that I could list accurately and honestly. Wait, there’s a word that Earth motor cars could learn! My experience On 1/28/22 I purchased a 2014 bmw m6 with 39,000 miles. This was an online deal and I ended flying in to drive the car back 600 miles. My first experience, salesman Sonny/Sunny. Hands me the key and says take it for a drive.. he calls me ten minutes later and says is everything ok? Well maybe the gas tank shouldn’t read 2 miles to empty when you know a customer is coming in for a test drive? Had to use my own $ and put $10 worth of gas. Upon visual inspection ( what they failed to tell me prior to arriving) totally scratched navigation $500 to replace. Multiple scratches on the trunk. $750 repaint. Back widow tint bubbles from extreme heat exposure $650.Yes, it is a used car, but abused and used are too different things. Sunny says we will fill the car up for you so you can hit the road on your 600 mile trip… we’ll they said it’s policy to only fill half the tank for a customer spending $50,000? So they only gave me a half tank of gas! Less than 40 miles into my trip the add engine oil light comes on. The car is 3/4 of a quart low? Hmm must be policy to only put 7 quarts in a 8 quart car. Sunny.. says the car has run flats?( really because OEM bmw tires are Michelin pilots run flats. The car had Kuhmo tires). The car did get me home without any mechanical issues. 2/5/22. Took the car to get a haircut. 2 blocks from home, the drivetrain malfunction light comes on. Possible misfires or worse. I have owned 4 bmws prior to this one so I started to check the obvious. Upon taking the air filter boxes out. I discovered a dirt clog the size of a baseball in the air intake from the grill to the box?(sunny says we did a 100+ point inspection?) how could you miss that?Outcome, injectors are stuck in the open position flooding the oil with gas. Repair bill $3090. Car had a soft recall from bmw which they call extended warranty.. said dealership( earth motor cars) should have taken it in to have them replaced? Lastly, NEVER trust the salesman, the stealership, or any staff at Earth Motor Cars. I would expound more.. but currently have a lawyer for some other issues I discovered that could possibly be criminal in nature.. carfax is currently investigating some issues as well. .

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with our Sales Advisor Jonathan Allers to view and test drive a new BMW vehicle. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by the staff and Jonathan. We were treated well and made to feel comfortable and not rushed while at the dealership. We were also greeted by the General Manager, Chris Hidalgo and the Sales Manager, David Goforth who made the negotiation process easy and took my concerns in to account. The entire process was easy and fast. Jonathan was very knowledgeable of the BMW products, and I must say very patient with me. Lol, sorry Jonathan. Had a really terrible time when I went in to pick up the car I ordered. - We were there for 5 hours, even after having an early afternoon appointment. We didn’t get to start talking to the finance manager until a few minutes before closing time and finally left an hour after closing time - They originally told us the price and interest rate were negotiable, but this was a lie - Finance manager Jay was extremely rude, condescending, and bothered that we were there. Would constantly say he doesn’t care to negotiate because the car will be sold otherwise - There wasn’t time for us to go over the car with the tech guy, even after spending so much time there They did not treat us like customers and especially on the day we are picking up the car. We have purchased from here in the past, but things have changed for the worst. They truly made us feel like garbage after wasting our time, lying to us on price and promises they made, and just overall treatment.
