Had a really terrible time when I went in to pick up the car I ordered. - We were there for 5 hours, even after having an early afternoon appointment. We didn’t get to start talking to the finance manager until a few minutes before closing time and finally left an hour after closing time - They originally told us the price and interest rate were negotiable, but this was a lie - Finance manager Jay was extremely rude, condescending, and bothered that we were there. Would constantly say he doesn’t care to negotiate because the car will be sold otherwise - There wasn’t time for us to go over the car with the tech guy, even after spending so much time there They did not treat us like customers and especially on the day we are picking up the car. We have purchased from here in the past, but things have changed for the worst. They truly made us feel like garbage after wasting our time, lying to us on price and promises they made, and just overall treatment.

This car dealer cheated me twice by the same car . August 23 th 2022 I summited the car I want through website then I got a phone called the car was pending contract. And they told me if that car was failed in contact they would let me know. I totally understand then the next day August 24th they email me the same car I looked at the day before it was still available and sale off to $3,000 next day. Again I summited request right away after they sent me email. Then next hour of this day I got a phone called from sale team again the car was pending. Shame on you .

Kamal, in the most positive way, is 100% nothing that you expect from a car salesperson. He is no pressure, no games, responsive, and courteous. He clearly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail and thoroughness is amazing. He test drove the vehicle before we arrived so he was familiar with it, drove it again after it was serviced- noticed an issue and had it fixed, and fully informed us about it. Though we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, he treated us as though we were buying a new top of the line vehicle. He made effort and took time to do all the little things that made this the Ultimate Car Buying Experience. While we were in the dealership, we observed him interacting with other clients, past and present, and he knew all of their names, the vehicles they had, and they all clearly enjoyed interacting with him.
