Pacific BMW Dec 28, 2022 Bought a car on Christmas Eve to only drive off on a highway without my right brake light and right turning signal to malfunction and make it unsafe for me to drive back to the dealership. Informed my sales agent who was very kind but it’ll prob be a week or more until I actually get to drive the car that I bought but I’m stuck going to work without a vehicle which I asked kindly for a loaner but they were all out as I didn’t exactly put myself in this position. I asked if anything could be accommodated. I had to leave my car at the nearby dealer bc I didn’t want to take the risk to get into a car accident with a broken brake light and right signal light that doesn’t work. Waiting for the part to be delivered and I’m paying for a car I don’t even have and paying Lyft to take me to work back and forth all week. Only to ask the manager if it would be ok if they can work out a loaner car for me as I bought the car at that dealership to only be told if it’s not serviced there I cannot loan a car. A car they never offered to tow so I wouldn’t get into a car accident for a lemon they sold me. So yes that’s my story and it’s terrible and I hope this never happens to anyone else.
