Waited to write this review so that I could list accurately and honestly. Wait, there’s a word that Earth motor cars could learn! My experience On 1/28/22 I purchased a 2014 bmw m6 with 39,000 miles. This was an online deal and I ended flying in to drive the car back 600 miles. My first experience, salesman Sonny/Sunny. Hands me the key and says take it for a drive.. he calls me ten minutes later and says is everything ok? Well maybe the gas tank shouldn’t read 2 miles to empty when you know a customer is coming in for a test drive? Had to use my own $ and put $10 worth of gas. Upon visual inspection ( what they failed to tell me prior to arriving) totally scratched navigation $500 to replace. Multiple scratches on the trunk. $750 repaint. Back widow tint bubbles from extreme heat exposure $650.Yes, it is a used car, but abused and used are too different things. Sunny says we will fill the car up for you so you can hit the road on your 600 mile trip… we’ll they said it’s policy to only fill half the tank for a customer spending $50,000? So they only gave me a half tank of gas! Less than 40 miles into my trip the add engine oil light comes on. The car is 3/4 of a quart low? Hmm must be policy to only put 7 quarts in a 8 quart car. Sunny.. says the car has run flats?( really because OEM bmw tires are Michelin pilots run flats. The car had Kuhmo tires). The car did get me home without any mechanical issues. 2/5/22. Took the car to get a haircut. 2 blocks from home, the drivetrain malfunction light comes on. Possible misfires or worse. I have owned 4 bmws prior to this one so I started to check the obvious. Upon taking the air filter boxes out. I discovered a dirt clog the size of a baseball in the air intake from the grill to the box?(sunny says we did a 100+ point inspection?) how could you miss that?Outcome, injectors are stuck in the open position flooding the oil with gas. Repair bill $3090. Car had a soft recall from bmw which they call extended warranty.. said dealership( earth motor cars) should have taken it in to have them replaced? Lastly, NEVER trust the salesman, the stealership, or any staff at Earth Motor Cars. I would expound more.. but currently have a lawyer for some other issues I discovered that could possibly be criminal in nature.. carfax is currently investigating some issues as well. .

Dealer Review:

I bought used 2021 GLB with 10,000 miles on it. After purchasing the car, in 3 days, I saw a windshield crack developing from behind the mirror. I called and told the sale person and he said it started recently from rock hitting the windshield. I told him since the car was a Loaner vehicle, who knows if the dent was there before I bought it and the crack stared after I purchased it. The dealership does not want to pay for replacement of the windshield. I told them that I will pay half and dealer can pay half. No response from dealership. I would not recommend anyone to purchase the vehicle from this dealership. No customer service.

Dealer Review:

This was my first and last experience with Arrowhead BMW. The service director Paul was completely unprofessional and unwilling to right a wrong. My M3 was originally purchased from this dealership and they failed to remove the shipping spacer from both front struts during the initial delivery inspection. Negligence on their part resulted in damage to parts of my car’s suspension. I typically take my cars to North Scottsdale BMW for service/repair work, but according to BMW NA the dealership who takes initial delivery of the vehicle is ultimately responsible for the damage. So I call the service department at Arrowhead and explained my situation to Paul over the phone. The reply I got was “ why would we do anything about that. You are not even a customer of ours as you go to one our competitor for your service work.” I was then hung up on. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up on again. I would be very wary of having service preformed by [non-permissible content removed] after what I experienced today. Read the other reviews on here, there’s definitely a consistent stream of complains for poor customer service, rudeness, shady sales tactics, and even racism. Trust me when I say you are way better off taking your vehicle elsewhere.
