He test drove the vehicle before we arrived so he was familiar with it, drove it again after it was serviced- noticed an issue and had it fixed, and fully informed us about it. Though we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, he treated us as though we were buying a new top of the line vehicle. He made effort and took time to do all the little things that made this the Ultimate Car Buying Experience. While we were in the dealership, we observed him interacting with other clients, past and present, and he knew all of their names, the vehicles they had, and they all clearly enjoyed interacting with him. I cannot recommend BMW of Sterling, and specifically, Kamal more highly.

I received an online appraisal from Kelley Blue Book which resulted in Midlothian BMW contacting me 10 or more times asking me to bring my car in. I hesitantly brought it in and they proceeded to offer me $6000 less than the Kelley blue book online offer. Very poor way to conduct business and treat people.
